Oct. 18 – The University Police Department (UPD) responded to a fight in front of 518 Market in the Campus Center. Two suspects attacked a male victim, and he was injured in the fight. Vice President Mike Christakis sent students attending UAlbany an image of two suspects this past week to stay vigilant. The investigation is ongoing.


Oct. 19 – Another fight occurred in front of 518 Market in the Campus Center Saturday afternoon. This time, it was classified as assault with a deadly weapon against an individual. As previously mentioned, the investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 20 – UPD responded to a report of an assault and robbery in Waterbury Hall on Alumni Quad. The case remains open.


Oct. 21 – UPD conducted a traffic stop in Collins Circle. The driver was found to be operating the vehicle unlicensed, and they were arrested on-site. 


Oct. 22: UPD arrested an individual in the Podium West Lot who was on a bench warrant (failed to attend court). No further investigation was necessary.


Oct. 23 –  UPD responded to a report of second-degree menacing with a weapon on State Quad. The case remains active.


Oct. 24 –  UPD responded to a report of criminal mischief on Colonial Quad. The investigation is ongoing.
