Feb. 17 - The University Police responded to a report of a civil matter. The individual was advised and a report was put on file.


Feb. 18 - The University Police responded to a report of a Title IX incident located at Empire Commons. Title IX was advised as a result of the incident.


Feb. 21 - The University Police conducted a welfare check at Bleecker Hall in Dutch Quad. The subject was reported to pose no danger to themself or others when UPD arrived. Information of all available campus resources was given to the subject.


Feb. 22 - The University Police arrested a subject found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on University Drive East. The case is currently open.


Feb. 23 - The University Police responded to a fire alarm being pulled in the Humanities building. The Albany Fire Department arrived on the scene and a fire investigator was called. No emergency was found. It was a possible false report of a fire explosion or hazing incident. An investigation is still ongoing.


Feb. 24 - The University Police responded to a reported fire alarm located at Eastman Tower on State Quad. Police found that the alarm had been tampered with. The investigation is ongoing.
