Oct. 15 - The University Police took a report of fraudulent charges posted to an account on the G Cluster of Empire Commons. The investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 16 - The University Police responded to a dorm on the Stuyvesant Tower of Dutch Quad to assist a party moving out. The party was combative and disruptive. The subject was arrested for the same reason.


Oct. 16 - The University Police took a report of fraudulent charges posted to an account on Draper Hall on the Downtown Campus. The investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 16 - During a traffic stop, the operator of a vehicle was arrested for a vehicle verified to be stolen in the Dutch Quad parking lot.


Oct. 17 - The University Police took a report of property stolen by an unknown subject on the A-Truth Hall in the Freedom Quad. The property was returned and the charges were declined.


Oct. 18 - An officer responded to a report of a student in need of medical attention in the Main Library. Upon arrival, the subject was found unable to communicate. The AFD arrived on the scene and determined there was a need to transport the subject to a hospital for evaluation and treatment.


Oct. 18 - While on a property check, subjects were found to be in possession of campus property on C-Northrup Hall of Freedom Quad. They were cooperative and returned the property to the area found. This is to be referred to campus judicial.


Oct. 18 - The University Police received information of a phishing scam that could possibly affect UAlbany. The investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 20 - The University Police took a report of stolen property on the north side of Liberty Terrace. The charges were declined at this time.


Oct. 20 - The University Police took a report of property stolen by an unknown subject in the Earth Science Building. The charges were declined at this time.




Oct. 20 - The University Police responded to a possible stalking report. The person did not wish to pursue charges at this time, a Title IX was completed, and all options were advised.


Oct. 20 - The University Police took a report of campus property stolen by an unknown subject in the Liberty Terrace Commons. The investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 21 - An officer stopped a vehicle in the Colonial Quad parking lot. The operator got out and attempted to leave the scene on foot. The operator was apprehended and found to be in violation of multiple offenses. The operator was arrested for the same reason.

Oct. 21 - The University Police took a report of property stolen by an unknown subject in the Eastman Tower of State Quad. It was later determined to be unfounded.


Oct. 21 - The University Police took a report of fraudulent credit card charges posted to an account. The investigation is still ongoing.
