Aug. 30 – The University Police Department (UPD) responded to a report of second-degree criminal trespassing in the State Quad Office. The investigation is ongoing.
Aug. 31 – UPD responded to a report of burglary and theft in Eastman Tower on State Quad. The case remains open.
Sept. 1 – UPD responded to a report of forcible theft with a deadly weapon on State Quad grounds. An individual was left injured, and the case remains open.
Sept. 3 – UPD responded to their second report of a fire alarm in Livingston Tower on State Quad. While there was no emergency, the smoke detectors were tampered with, creating conditions that endangered others in the building. The individuals that caused this were referred to Campus Judicial.
Sept. 4 – UPD responded to a report of counterfeit money in the Campus Center. The investigation is ongoing.
Sept. 5 – UPD conducted a traffic stop on Colonial Roadway. The driver was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended registration. Summons were issued, and the vehicle was towed.
