Sept. 30 - UPD responded to a report of fraudulent checks being posted to an undisclosed account. The investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 1 - University Police responded to a report of a student experiencing a mental health crisis at State Quad, Eastman Hall. After it was determined that they may be a harm to themselves or others, they were transported for evaluation.


Oct. 2- During a traffic stop at State Quad roadways, the driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.


Oct. 3 - UPD responded to an altercation at the University Library. One of the subjects was arrested and charged with Assault in the Third Degree with an intent to cause physical injury.


Oct. 4 - The University Police responded to a report of property stolen by an unknown person at the Campus Center. An affidavit of ownership was completed and the investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 5 - UPD took a report of an aggravated harassment call on campus. The investigation is still ongoing.


Oct. 6 - The University Police arrested an individual trespassing at Indigenous Quad, Mohawk Tower.
