Perpendicular on all four sides
I’m enclosed
Encapsulated by
Gray concrete
A purple extended hand
A gold and shimmery interior
That holds the
Worlds
Treachery and treasure
Plots of greenery
The only refinery
The only sign
Of life outside
While in the tinted glass
The betas and alphas
Species of all
Kinds
Swimming in circles
Around those in
Front of them
When I think I found
A solace
A solitudinous space
A crack
In the mirror
The swarms exit
In their
Unknowing and
Delirious Fashion
Reminding me
Once again
I’m not home
